Return & Exchange Policy

  • Customers may request a return or exchange within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for return/exchange, the product must meet the following conditions:
    • Unused Condition: The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.
    • Original Packaging: All packaging materials, manuals, accessories, and promotional items must be returned.
    • Proof of Purchase: A valid invoice/order ID/registered mobile number is required.
    • Inspection: All returned items are subject to inspection by our quality team.

Return/Exchange is not accepted if:

  • The product has been installed, used, or tampered with.
  • Damage occurred due to improper installation, misuse, or mishandling.
  • Repairs or modifications were done by unauthorized personnel.
  • The damage is cosmetic (scratches, dents, discoloration) that does not affect functionality.

The issue is due to normal wear and tear.
