How long does delivery usually take?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking details and the expected delivery date. You can also track your order directly through the “Track Order” option available on our website

When you order from Eskimoindia.com, products are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery timelines depend on your location and may take up to 7–14 days. You can track your order or contact our shipping partners for delivery details

Shipping charges vary depending on your delivery location and order size. You can view the exact shipping cost in your order summary before checkout
Can I modify my shipping address or mobile number after placing the order?
Currently, modification after placing the order is not possible, as the details are passed to our warehouse immediately for processing. However, you may cancel the order (if not shipped yet) and place a new one with the correct details. If the order cannot be delivered, it will automatically be returned to us

What should I do if my payment fails?
Please retry the payment after verifying your details (shipping address, card/account info, passwords, etc.). If the issue persists, you may select Cash on Delivery (COD) as an alternative.
If the payment was debited but failed, the deducted amount will be refunded within 7–10 business days.
How long will the refund take after cancellation?
Refunds are initiated once your cancellation request is approved. It may take up to 7–10 business days for your bank to process the refund

Can I return my order if my area is not serviceable for pickup?

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it is dispatched (within 24–48 hours of placing it). Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, but you may choose to return it after delivery
Do I get a full refund for cancelled orders?
Yes, cancelled orders are fully refundable.
