Warranty Policy
Eskimo (Sanjay Enterprises) is committed to providing a smooth and reliable warranty experience for its range of Bathroom & Kitchen Fittings.
This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser for personal household use at the original installation site. It is non-transferable and does not extend to subsequent owners or new installation locations.
Warranty Activation & Claim Process
- Warranty begins from the date of invoice.
- A claim can be initiated using a valid proof of purchase (invoice), order ID, or registered mobile number.
- To file a claim, customers must submit the following via Email or WhatsApp:
- Proof of Purchase (Invoice)
- Order ID
- Registered Mobile Number
- Clear images and a video showing the product issue
Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with guidance on the resolution process.
Replacement Terms
- Eskimo provides replacements only for defective parts/products under warranty; refunds will not be issued if a replacement is refused.
If a product requires full replacement, the same model will be provided. If discontinued, an equivalent model of similar value will be offered.
